ABOUT ME
My dance journey began in the 90s whilst living in London, where I used to spend my weekends raving. I loved the oneness I experienced when dancing with hundreds of other people to electronic music.
Fast forward a few decades, and I went to my first Ecstatic Dance with Sarsha at a festival. I was totally out of my comfort zone. Especially when someone got naked and started crowd surfing! Lockdown hit, and I started dancing wildly around my lounge every day. Regular dancing helped me make some major life changes, and going to Somatic Dance training was one of them!
What are your specialties?
I love to DJ and create sonic soundscapes that take dancers on a journey into the wisdom of their bodies and to experience peak states where they experience the nature of their own truth.
