Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. At Somatic Dance Teacher Training, we are committed to supporting you in any way we can to help you attend. If you need to cancel, here is our refund policy:

  • Cancellations made up to 6 weeks before the training will be refunded, minus a $100 administrative fee.

  • Cancellations made within 3 weeks of the training start date will receive a 50% refund.

  • Please note, no refunds can be issued once the training has begun.

  • Additionally, the deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to a future training.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend securing travel insurance for added peace of mind.
