Dance Temple Ngamotu
ABOUT ME
Dance Temple Ngamotu is the co-creation of Somatic Dance Gradtuates. Natasha Mason the visionary (ether/space), with Temple Keepers Leah Rowe (Air), Sarah Flashman (Earth), Moana Hancock (Water) and Claire Rapira (Fire).
Together, these elements hold the field. A dance of remembrance and liberation. A space where movement becomes medicine and presence becomes prayer.
Held every second month this is a 3 hour journey that can include annointing, tea or cacoa cermeony, somatic dance, sound journey, mythopoetic story telling, breathwork and meditation - always evolving, each Dance Temple is unique.
What are your specialties?
Dance Temple is a lovingly held, nourishing space for ALL bodies to receive and be held in a grounded supportive space. Where you can meet all parts of yourself with ritual and reverence while keeping connection to the body, within the body of ‘us’ as a whole in Common{unity} community and connection. It is a transpersonal space – it extends beyond the level of psyche and beyond the mundane.
Embracing wisdom of heart, soul and spirit. Inner work, transformation, personal growth, and a deeper connection with self and life all held within a temple space of ritual and reverence, slow and spaciousness. All senses enlivened, sight, sound, taste, touch, smell.
