ABOUT ME
I’ve danced my whole life, since I was a young girl, but for a long time it was rooted in getting it right, looking right, holding myself to a certain standard of perfection rather than actually feeling what was alive in my body.
In 2021, during a time where I was searching for something more meaningful and connected in my life, I found free movement through ecstatic dance and 5 rhythms, and it shifted everything. It was the first time movement felt like a place I could be in rather than perform in, a way to listen instead of control.
Since then, dance has become a way for me to connect deeply with my body and with the natural world, often moving outdoors where that relationship feels even more alive and reciprocal. This led me into a deep interest in ecosomatics, which felt like remembering something rather than learning it for the first time.
I went on to train with Somatic Dance International, and from that, I founded Earth Body Spaces, a conscious business that weaves together forest therapy, somatic coaching, authentic relating and dance into 1:1 journeys, group processes and community experiences. This work has shaped and changed me from the inside out, and it feels like a real honour to share it and hold space for others as they reconnect with themselves, their bodies and the living world around them.
What are your specialties?
My specialties are rooted in creating spaces where people can be seen and witnessed in a real and grounded way. Authentic relating is a big part of my work, supporting people to slow down, speak honestly, listen deeply and experience what it’s like to be met without needing to perform or hold it all together.
Through this practice, I’ve found that when we allow ourselves to be seen more truthfully, something shifts not just relationally but in the body too my own movement has become more expressive, more raw, less filtered, and I see the same unfold in others. In my group process work, I weave together authentic relating, movement and elements of herbalism to support a deeper connection to both self and the natural world.
The herbalism brings in a grounding, sensory layer working with plants as allies, while movement opens up space for expression beyond words, and authentic relating holds the relational field where everything can be witnessed and integrated.
Together, these practices create spaces that are both exploratory and supportive, where people can move, feel, be seen and gently expand their capacity for connection.
