I love to DJ and create sonic soundscapes that take dancers on a journey into the wisdom of their bodies and to experience peak states where they experience the nature of their own truth.

I love empowering others to connect to their own wisdom and magic within. I use modalities like somatic dance, breathwork, yoga, meditation, NLP therapy and workshops to help others to heal, to process emotions, learn to feel safe to FEEL, and also to find the wisdom and gifts within even the darkest times in our life. We can become the alchemists of our own lives! I am the creator, owner and facilitator of Awakened Wellness Retreats.

It is an absolute honour and joy to be part of the facilitation team for the Somatic Dance International, Level One training in New Zealand, as this important work continues to grow and expand.

I am delighted to be part of the Aotearoa New Zealand Level 1 facilitation team in 2026, and to support the continued unfolding and global expansion of Somatic Dance International.

When Tia found conscious dance such as 5 rhythms everything made sense to her​"ahhhh this is what i've been doing my whole life!!!!" and she hasnt looked back since.

I came into this world during a hard time in my life which was also a sacred and beautiful time in my life - a Rites of Passage as I became a Mother.

Since 2016, I’ve been on a journey to what I know now to be my souls purpose. It began with being shaken loose from the comfortable life I had been living just prior to my 40th birthday.

Dance Temple Ngamotu is the co-creation of Somatic Dance Gradtuates. Natasha Mason the visionary (ether/space), with Temple Keepers Leah Rowe (Air), Sarah Flashman (Earth), Moana Hancock (Water) and Claire Rapira (Fire). Together, these elements hold the field. A dance of remembrance and liberation.

Dance came into my life several years ago through 5 Rhythms and Open Floor dance spaces. When I moved back to Thames, Aotearoa I wanted to have a space to dance in my community and that led me to Sarsha and Somatic Dance and training to be a facilitator. I have been offering dance to my community and beyond for 1.5 years and I am so grateful to have this community.
